8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations, with demonstrated ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership

Proven, hands-on experience implementing AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based tools in a business context — with a clear understanding of where they succeed, where they fall short, and how to govern them responsibly

A track record of translating data into decisions — you've built things that actually changed how leaders act, not just dashboards that look good in reviews

Cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders, earned through the quality of your thinking and the clarity of your communication

Comfort operating in greenfield, ambiguous environments where the approach is still being defined

Our approach to remote work

While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part.
