Requirements

1–2 years of supply chain, planning, or production experience (2–5 years total professional experience) in a fast-paced environment involving complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.

Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle).

Experience working with data from CRM systems, especially Salesforce — exporting data, building views, and translating pipeline into demand signals.

History of purchasing / procurement process and supplier management, including using minimum order quantities (MOQs) to secure price breaks.

Experience supporting procurement of custom parts and components.

Comfort reading basic technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing/production processes.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory across multiple release-to-production product lines.

Develop and manage the material/production plan, working with Purchasing to ensure component availability and align build schedules to supply.

Provide visibility on part shortages to Purchasing and Production (clear-to-build), and resolve supply issues cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

Partner with Growth teams to translate the opportunity pipeline entered in Salesforce into demand forecasts—assessing likelihood and shaping supply plans accordingly.

Export, analyze, and report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.

Provide forecasts to the broader Supply Chain team for components required for production.
