Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred.

Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices is an asset.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Serve as a key part of the game-day team at PNC Field by delivering attentive, professional, and personalized food and beverage service to guests in the suite areas and other hospitality areas during RailRiders events. This role focuses on ensuring suites are properly set up and stocked, fulfilling food and beverage requests in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and providing an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy sports environment.

Provide attentive, professional in-suite food and beverage service to all guests.

Review suite orders, event details, and guest instructions prior to each event.

Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food and beverages are properly stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.

Maintain suite presentation and cleanliness throughout the event.
