Requirements

Own and scale non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping campaigns to drive incremental DTC new orders at target CPIA

Build and maintain campaign structures designed to support sustained budget growth without sacrificing efficiency or visibility into performance drivers

Design and execute a high-velocity testing roadmap across keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad formats — and act decisively on what the data tells you

Analyze campaign performance and attribution signals to surface drivers, identify scaling opportunities, and inform spend decisions

Partner closely with creative and landing page teams to identify winning ad angles and improve conversion paths across Google channels

Lead and develop a direct report, elevating the team's output — not just your own

Responsibilities

Grüns is scaling fast, and Google channels are among our most powerful growth levers.

We're looking for a Senior Paid Search & YouTube Manager to own and scale our non-brand Search, YouTube, PMax, and Shopping programs — driving incremental DTC new customer acquisition at efficient CPIA.

You'll lead a direct report and report into our Director of Paid Media.
