Responsibilities
We\u2019re hiring a
Community Support Team Leader (CST Lead)
to oversee clinical and administrative operations for the Community Support Team (CST) in North Carolina. In this role, you\u2019ll provide supervision, coordination, and direct clinical support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to consumers enrolled in CST Services. You\u2019ll work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), monitor client progress, and make adjustments as needed to achieve positive outcomes. This role combines leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to make a direct impact on client care.
