Work closely with Group Legal to align on contracts, regulatory matters and wider Group initiatives
Advise on commercial agreements (cloud/hosting, software licensing, strategic suppliers)
Support on UK regulatory areas including consumer law, IP, competition and sanctions
Lead UK compliance activities (anti‑bribery, modern slavery) and contribute to corporate governance
