Responsibilities

The HR Generalist supports the full spectrum of human resources functions in a fast-paced construction and data center environment.

This role partners with operations and leadership to ensure effective execution of HR programs, compliance with employment laws, and a positive employee experience across field and office personnel.

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in employee onboarding, HRIS administration, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in a multi-state, project-driven organization.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including field and office employees, ensuring timely and accurate setup within HRIS and related systems.

Enter, audit, and maintain employee data in HRIS platforms, including new hires and rehires.

Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HRIS functionality, onboarding processes, and basic system troubleshooting.
