Geotab is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager who will design, build, and govern Geotab’s post-sale lifecycle automation system. 3-5 years owning and building lifecycle automation programs in Marketo or equivalent platforms.
Advanced hands-on experience with Marketo, including multi-step programs, engagement streams, tokens, dynamic content, and QA/troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of CRM-integrated automation (e.g., Salesforce), including data flow, sync behavior, and segmentation logic.
Ability to design state-based, event-driven customer journeys, not just batch or calendar-based campaigns.
