IT Administrator (m/f/x)

Demonstrated strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes

Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment

Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow

Network Understanding.

Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups

Ensure a consistent standard of customer service is maintained, both onsite and remotely

Collaborate seamlessly with the Corporate IT team to deliver top-notch IT support services across all Tipico Group offices

Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues as part of incident management, request fulfillment processes, and infrastructure projects to enhance tools and services for customers

Take ownership of reported issues and provide regular communication on the status and progress

Troubleshoot and address hardware, operating system, and software issues for Windows, Mac OSX, and mobile devices, including data recovery

Contribute to the internal IT support procurement process
