Requirements
4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, consulting, business integration, or a related role with a technology lens – including PE-backed or high-growth operational environments.
Direct product management experience is not required; what matters is a track record of using technology to achieve business outcomes.
Experience building or collaborating on and shipping AI or ML-powered product features, or integrating AI tooling into existing workflows to drive measurable business outcomes.
Active use of AI as a force multiplier in your own work – leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and prioritization.
Strong data fluency – comfortable defining KPIs, working with analytics tools, and making evidence-based product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and business teams.
