Requirements
At minimum, completion of high school, or recognized equivalent required
Graduate of a post-secondary Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Assistant certificate program, or recognized equivalent strongly preferred
Registration in good standing with MLPAO (Medical Laboratory Professionals' Association of Ontario) or CSMLS (Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science) strongly preferred
Minimum one (1) year recent work experience in clinical genetic laboratory setting preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Epic HIS accessioning and requisition entry required
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical genetics sample workflow preferred
