Ensure production schedules are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities and constraints. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, material availability, and production issues. Communicate production plans and schedule changes to relevant stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry.
