The West Coast Studio Operations HR team at NBCUniversal is looking for a collaborative, results-driven and innovative HR Manager.

In this role, you will be the key HR partner for several functions in the operation of a unique Hollywood-style, full-service studio lot. In addition to providing HR leadership for all corporate employees at the Assembly Studio site, you will also provide regional support for employee relations matters and training needs in support of the production teams.
Working closely with the Director, HR, this role will help drive HR projects that span: onboarding, rewards and recognition, performance feedback, talent attraction and development, and HR’s business impact. In the day to day, you will strategize in the areas of: organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, workforce planning and performance management.
