Field Service Engineer

BS Engineering with 3+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience

Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking

Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions

Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work in diverse environments and adjust to changing needs and technical challenges

Own setup and installation of machines at customer stores

Diagnose and repair machines at customer locations or remove/replace machines for external repair

Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance

Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment across all interested parties

Create a Support library through clear process/procedure documentation crafting and updating

Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and training
