Requirements
Expertise in Ad-Tech:
8+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on the online advertising ecosystem.
You understand the digital ads business and how data moves across the internet, including through MMPs, and Clean Rooms.
You are equally comfortable redlining a complex revenue-share agreement as you are sitting with a PM to review the data flow for a Conversions API (CAPI) integration.
Deep knowledge of technical ads infrastructure (Pixels, CAPI, ID Graphs) and emerging privacy trends (Signal loss, AI/LLMs).
Strong working knowledge of GDPR, U.S.

Responsibilities
Lead Bespoke Negotiations:
Act as the lead negotiator for partnerships with Agency HoldCo data platforms, Measurement Partners (MMPs), and E-commerce platforms.
Hybrid Product Counseling:
Provide end-to-end legal guidance on the engineering and product work required for 3P integrations.
This includes advising on new workstreams, catalog synchronization, and revenue-share mechanics.
Data & Privacy Governance:
