In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice

Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary.

You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.

The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivering treatment and physical interventions for patients under a care plan established by a physical therapist.

Location: 14700 Lake Shore Dr, Charlevoix, MI - W

Schedule: 37.5 Hours Weekly - Monday - Friday from 8AM -4PM
