Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in automotive production, with expertise in achieving stable production processes and in-depth knowledge of Production operations.
Bachelor's Degree. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations.
3+ years of progressive experience building and managing teams.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 40 production associates.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, achieve throughput and cost targets, and maintain high team morale.

Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
