Workplace Experience Associate

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and organizational information.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after hours for office moves, events, or building emergencies.

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required.

Ensure office, common areas, and conference/meeting rooms are clean, organized, and fully operational, while monitoring and replenishing supplies in the kitchen, breakroom, and copier/workrooms.

Monitor and respond to facilities requests in the work order system (JIRA) to ensure tickets are resolved promptly.

Assist with desk moves and minor facilities projects as directed.

Coordinate with property management for building access, conference center requests, fire and safety training and drills.

Assist with onboarding and facilities new hire orientation (safety briefing, office tour, etc.).

Assist with coordination and logistics for events such as social hours, team member events, company-wide all-hands meetings, off-sites,, etc.
