Practice safe crew, vessel and tow operation using Ingram safety systems and policies

Participate in safety drills and audits

Supervise the Mate and Deckhands in consultation with the Captain and shore-based leadership

Practice good seamanship and boat handling skills

Comply and ensure the crew is complying with USCG and environmental laws and regulations
