Investigations and Dispute Resolution

Lead or support internal workplace investigations involving employee complaints, misconduct allegations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive matters.

Manage employment claims, agency charges, demand letters, and litigation in coordination with outside counsel.

Commercial and Operational Support

Support due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Deliver practical employment law training to managers, People Business Partners, and company leadership.

Cresta is looking for a pragmatic, business-oriented Employment Counsel to lead and manage employment law matters across our global organization.

This role will serve as the primary legal advisor on employment-related issues, partnering closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and executive leadership to support a high-growth technology company operating in multiple jurisdictions.
