Requirements
Post-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business.
P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.
Experience in dealing with agricultural producers.
Knowledge of local crops and crop protection solutions.
Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to execute plans that drive revenue generation.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities
As a Crop Inputs Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and playing a key role in providing agronomic solutions and selling crop inputs products, ensuring customers receive expert advice and high-quality service.
Day to Day
Prospect new customers and expand business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and providing agronomic services.
Offer technical support and advice on crop inputs products to help maximize yields and profitability.
Stay current on the latest crop input technologies, industry advancements and best practices.
