Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth or complex environment
Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and functions

A trusted partner who can step in and represent the CPO when needed
Responsibilities
CHAOS Industries is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CPO to help bring structure, momentum, and clarity to how we operate and execute.
This role partners closely with the CPO to keep priorities moving, ensure teams are aligned, drive outcomes, and turn strategy into real, measurable progress.
Executive Partnership
Prepare materials for board meetings, executive reviews, and investor updates
Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and decisions coming out of leadership discussions
