Electrical Field Service Technician

\u00B7 Experience interpreting wiring diagrams, interphase and mechanical drawings.

\u00B7 Programmable logic controller (PLC) knowledge

\u00B7 Familiar with Jenbacher gas engines/ natural gas engines / reciprocating engines

\u00B7 Experience in power generation applications

\u00B7 Able to understand, implement and communicate technical procedures

\u00B7 Strong customer focus.

\u00B7 Execute service hands-on activities in compliance with the maintenance protocol of the engine, for example: maintenance activities such as replace filters and other components, perform relevant mechanical and electrical inspections, measurements and other tasks.

\u00B7 Carry out minor repairs on the engine additionally to the planned service.

\u00B7 Perform troubleshooting activities with analytical mindset and proposing solutions aligned to Jenbacher.

Understand electrical /mechanical failures of the engine/alternator, as well as electronic failures associated to control systems.

Understanding and interpretation of historical data parameter of the engine.

\u00B7 Manage and work with third party suppliers when needed.
