Requirements

5+ years in product management, with meaningful experience inside or directly supporting an HR / People Operations environment.

Hands-on experience scoping and deploying AI or automation in HR contexts (onboarding agents, self-service bots, compensation tools, etc.).

Familiarity with modern HR tech stacks (ATS, HRIS, LMS) and their native AI capabilities.

Experience with AI/LLM tools — no-code platforms, API-based solutions, or prompt-driven agents — and translating them into real workflows.

Able to write real code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) — not just prompt your way through a problem. You can read a diff, debug a broken script, and build a working prototype without an engineer holding your hand.

Strong ability to earn trust with non-technical stakeholders and translate operational pain into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

We’re building a People team powered by AI — not just augmented by it. This new role embeds an AI practitioner directly inside the People & Places function to design, deploy, and scale AI agents that take on high-volume tactical work, freeing the team to focus on what only humans can do. This is not a traditional PM role: there’s no external roadmap, no feature backlog. You’ll partner across Talent, Total Rewards, HRBPs, L&D, and People Ops to find the highest-impact opportunities, then build and ship them.

Map and audit People team processes to identify AI-ready opportunities; maintain a prioritized backlog from quick wins to longer-horizon initiatives.

Evaluate existing HR tech (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) for underutilized AI capabilities before building new.

Design and deploy AI agents and automations — defining workflow logic, decision rules, and guardrails for sensitive HR contexts.

Own end-to-end rollout: requirements, testing, change management, adoption, and iteration.
