5+ years of professional experience in automotive production and/or plant engineering

Design and Development of tools according to the process and product requirements

Finish rework tool selection, evaluation and optimizing

Understanding of product requirements and aligning with tools and rework requirements

Collaboration with Production Teams and production stakeholders

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
