As a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care and emotional support to patients and families during the overnight hours, responding to urgent needs in the moments they need it most while helping ensure comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in autonomous practice and is confident making critical clinical decisions in real time.

During your working nights, you'll assess and manage urgent symptoms, provide skilled nursing interventions, and support families through crisis moments with clinical expertise and compassion.

Working independently while coordinating closely with physicians and the hospice team, you'll ensure continuity of care throughout the night and serve as a steady, reassuring presence during some of life's most vulnerable hours.
