Lead Plumbing Install Technician

Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience required

Strong background in underground plumbing, including boring, pipe bursting, and liners

Extensive experience with residential repipes and redrains

Proficiency working with PEX, copper, poly pipe, ABS, cast iron, and related materials

Experience with in-home consultative sales is a plus

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance

Competitive flat-rate pay ($70,000-$170,000 per year including monthly bonus')

Perform full residential repipes and redrains

Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems including PEX, copper, poly pipe, ABS, cast iron, and related materials

Install water heaters, fixtures, and complete plumbing systems ensuring proper functionality and durability

Execute underground plumbing projects including boring, pipe bursting, and liner installations

Diagnose and resolve underground drainage and sewer issues with precision and efficiency

Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal plumbing codes
