Experience with Greenhouse, Applicant Tracking System

Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,

debriefs, presenting offers, and onboarding support.

Invoicing/ candidate expenses

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and use reporting, metrics, and analytics to track recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

Utilize sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, to identify top talent, including passive candidates.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Actively promote Enviva as an employer of choice at career fairs, recruiting events, and on social media.

Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance Enviva’s employment brand through marketing materials, content, and campaigns.
