Here's what else you'll bring:
4+ years of experience in automotive production, pilot builds, or industrialization with a strong focus on installation processes and process control.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering organizations.
Experience with metrology equipment, measurement systems, and evaluation of measurement reports to ensure product and process quality.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Lead and execute installation trials to validate assembly processes, tooling, and equipment during pre-series (pilot) production and through series production.
Define, implement, and maintain process control strategies to ensure stable, repeatable, and compliant production processes across all production phases.
Provide hands-on support to production teams during pre-series builds and maintain ownership of process performance in series production.
Identify deviations from product design, process standards, or quality requirements and implement short- and long-term containment and corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with battery production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless process handover from pilot to series.
