Requirements
Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of direct experience in project controls, project scheduling, or a PMO analyst role.
Prior experience in underground mining or heavy civil construction projects is highly desirable.
Proven track record of building/maintaining schedules using scheduling software (MS Project/P6).
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $85,000 Annually (Paid Twice Per Month)

Responsibilities
The PMO Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring that project controls across the organization are efficient, accurate, standardized, and timely.
Reporting directly to the Lead PMO, this position is responsible for bridging the gap between raw project data and actionable business intelligence.
By leveraging technology, robust data analysis, and scheduling tools, the PMO Analyst supports project teams in monitoring schedules, budgets, and contract changes.
Project Controls & Business Intelligence
Data Standardization: Support the Lead PMO in ensuring project data is collected in a standardized, validated, and structured fashion to enable continuous, self-serve reporting.
KPI & Dashboard Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and update Power BI reports and dashboards to translate project metrics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
