Requirements
6+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations
A track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including initiatives that crossed both marketing and engineering teams
Hands-on experience with on-site search or discovery product ownership, including relevance tuning, faceted navigation, or search quality analytics
Understanding of full-stack development technologies, including React and Java (Spring Boot), and their associated frameworks.
Cloud deployment experience with one or more major platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
Strong data fluency, with the ability to turn analytics (e.g, Amplitude), search behavioral data, and A/B test results into roadmap decisions
