Requirements
7+ years in supply chain/logistics/spare parts operations; automotive/aftersales experience required.
Strong background in 3PL management, warehousing, planning, and SAP/WMS/tools.

Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day Aftersales supply chain operations and manage operational team, covering demand/supply planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
Drive performance across key KPIs (OTIF, fulfilment, MoS, claim rate, inventory accuracy, obsolescence rate) and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage 3PL partners and optimize warehouse, transportation, returns, and packaging operations.
Own planning processes, including forecasting, replenishment, safety stocks, and inventory health analysis.
Define and implement associated regional policies for inventory and planning.
Ensure system integrity and data quality.
