Requirements
Extensive experience in a Corporate Hedging / Options Dealer / FX role.
A deep technical understanding of global financial markets with a specific focus on FX, but also a good understanding of interest rates, money markets and commodities.
Working knowledge of hedge accounting rules, compliance topics such as MiFID II, ESMA, EMIR and others is essential.
Solid experience in advising B2B customers by phone, email or a face-to-face meetings.
Experience in operating at corporate Board level, and able to relate to the needs of our smaller SME customers - experience of both would be ideal.
A consultative approach, but also the natural instinct to close a deal. You need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success.
