Maintenance Supervisor

High School or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License

EPA certification

: Maintenance Supervisors are eligible for a monthly renewal bonus program, quarterly performance bonuses, and quarterly resident satisfaction bonuses in addition to their hourly compensation.

Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Supervise vendor partners, ensuring work is completed timely, safely, and to company standards.

Manage capital improvement projects, including obtaining bids, scheduling, and overseeing successful project execution.

Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
