Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost by coaching plant leadership teams, building internal continuous improvement capability, and accelerating MasterBrand Business Systems maturity across Semi Custom operations.
Lead change by developing leaders, strengthening Daily Management systems, and ensuring improvements are sustained after implementation.
Champion the MasterBrand Way Continuous Improvement strategy and provide hands-on support and all necessary training during implementation
Lead effort to implement best practices across plants and/or divisions, ensuring adherence to the principles of lean manufacturing
Establish sustainment mechanisms (leader standard work, audits, metrics) that verify adoption at 60/90/180 days
Enable and lead initiatives that contribute to the Semi-Custom business savings target, with finance-validated and sustained results
