Responsibilities
Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Associate to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) organization to drive top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. This person will partner closely with the Product and R&D cross-functional team to define product strategy and roadmaps, performance manage against our business objective and improve how we operate by setting targets across products. This role will focus on several business-wide initiatives including but not limited to SMB growth, partnership strategy, data growth, billing, and long-term strategic planning to support growth of LinkedIn’s advertising business.
Contributes to strategy development with business partners, within a limited scope
Begins to validate and execute routine pressure testing of growth opportunities
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with support from more senior team members
Stakeholder Influence
Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with some guidance
