Responsibilities
Operate installed technical devices, monitor signals, and prepare reports on triggering events.
Continuously monitor CCTV images.
In case of irregularities (e.g., no recording, malfunction, poor image quality, or other technical issues), immediately notify the Security Department and record the issue in the report.
Ensure identification of the person who caused the alarm, acknowledge the alarm in the system, and record the event in the report.
If the fire detection and extinguishing system is triggered, promptly communicate the exact sensor location to the shift leader.
Verify the authenticity of the alarm using technical tools and/or information from the responding security guard.
