Associate Inventory & Software License Specialist

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.

Must be able to carry and transport up to 70 pounds up to 20 feet.

Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Maintaining the full lifecycle license management for all endpoint and user-based software. (purchasing to retirement)

Data entry and maintenance of hardware inventory in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.

Assist with physical inventory counts and asset verification.

Process basic user requests related to hardware assets (e.g., asset location, troubleshooting).

Assist with asset tagging and labeling procedures.

Generate basic reports on asset inventory.
