Sr. Technical Project Manager, Axon 911

Have 3 - 5 years of experience managing global technical projects, preferably within a B2B SaaS, IT, or cloud services company

Are experienced in leading cross-functional teams through cloud or hybrid infrastructure implementations

Possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Have a proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical plans

Are open to domestic travel to support project execution and client success (up to 20% or more)

Experience with ESInet and NG911 i3-compliant technologies

, you'll lead the successful delivery of mission-critical cloud and IT deployments that power emergency communications for public safety agencies across the country.

You'll oversee projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring implementations are delivered on time while coordinating technical and operational resources across Axon 911, our partners, and our customers.

Serving as the primary technical liaison, you'll work closely with engineering, product, implementation teams, and public safety stakeholders to scope technical requirements, drive cloud deployments and system integrations, and ensure seamless cutovers into production.

This role requires balancing technical expertise with exceptional project leadership, building trusted relationships with customers, and delivering solutions that directly support first responders and the communities they serve when every second matters.

Lead end-to-end deployment of cloud-based platforms, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support

Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to implement scalable, secure, and resilient IT solutions tailored for public safety
