Technical Projects Operations Associates work on some of the most ambiguous, high-leverage problems at Anduril — combining operational rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic thinking to build solutions that scale.

While you’ll be a member of a Functional or Division Operations team, you will often be embedded in the business (across field ops, engineering, supply chain, and product), helping Anduril run more efficiently by solving the messy, cross-functional problems that don’t fall neatly into a single team’s lane.
