Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in contract management in an industrial, manufacturing or recycling environment
Strong knowledge of metal recycling equipment: shredders, shears, balers, eddy current separators and conveyor systems
Availability to travel to operational sites as needed
Experience in scrap processing or industrial recycling facilities (asset)
Contract management certification — CCMP, MRICS, PMP or equivalent (asset)

Responsibilities
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering contracts within our operations.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts related to equipment installation, facility upgrades and infrastructure maintenance
Conduct on-site audits to verify contractor compliance with contractual obligations, timesheets, cost tracking and safety standards
Prepare and present detailed audit reports including findings, risk assessments and recommendations
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement teams to ensure contracts align with operational objectives
Ensure all contracts comply with industry standards, local regulations and internal policies
