Class Steam Engineering certification
Organize maintenance work assignments within appropriate timeframes and manage the department budget
Lead, coach and develop your maintenance team
Set-up, maintain, and manage preventative maintenance systems, inspection routines, scheduling, training and more
Coordinate contractors’ activities and uphold communication with stakeholders as needed
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the yearly maintenance budget
Monitor and report on budget status, inventory status, and mechanical downtime
Lead, coach and develop your maintenance team
Ensure compliance of all applicable standards, programs: Safety, Environmental, Quality, PM’s, SOP’s,
Manufacturing procedures and goals
Backup for Maintenance department when required
