Bilingual (Spanish-English) Social Worker

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).

At least 2 years of experience providing social work or clinical therapy services.

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.

Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a trauma-informed approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse needs, including mental health concerns, substance use issues, and family challenges.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, etc.).

Advocate for clients and their families, ensuring equitable access to needed resources.

Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to clients and families.

Engage in program development and research to enhance service delivery.
