Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.)
6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal and internal parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
Anduril’s Planning team is seeking a world-class Senior Master Scheduler, S&OP Planning (internally known at Anduril as Senior Demand & Supply Planner) to join our team. The Senior Master Scheduler, S&OP Planning has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools.
The right person for this role has demonstrated ownership and experience solving complex operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
