Requirements
5+ years product management experience
Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems — comfortable reasoning about pipelines, distributed infrastructure, and automation at high throughput
Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, VLMs, or similar)
SQL proficiency — able to self-serve data investigation and analysis
Strong cross-functional leadership — proven ability to drive decisions across engineering, operations, and policy stakeholders

Responsibilities
Own and drive the Enforcement Systems product roadmap, including enforcement actioning, fanout infrastructure, strike systems, and compliance consolidation
Define and scale the automation strategy for enforcement decisions through the Auto-Action Framework — a domain-agnostic system designed to automate content moderation using LLMs and VLMs
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Policy, Operations, Content Safety, and Engineering as the DRI for enforcement platform decisions
Translate policy intent into enforceable systems, ensuring automation accuracy matches what policy teams intended before scaling
Triage and prioritize inbound requests against roadmap commitments, balancing platform leverage with real-world operational needs
