Requirements
Knowledge of electrical switches and relays
Knowledge of and ability to participate in sewer repairs
Ability to organize and coordinate outside contractors to complete work orders
Ability to carry out preventative maintenance programs
Ability to rebuild small pumps and machines necessary to keep mechanicals operational
Ability to set or change a faucet, re-plumb a sink, service waterless fixtures, sweat and solder a pipe, and perform other building related plumbing

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
Regularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance

Responsibilities
Maintain facilities in a manner that extends life of equipment and all ASC assets along with conserving energy as a top priority.
Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Review and inspect all life safety systems to ensure proper testing and operation
Complete purchases and keep up with inventory along with all department paperwork
Understands concepts of water meters, backflow preventers, and check valves
Occasional snow cat operation
