Requirements

Responsibilities
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is a key contributor to advancing strategic priorities and operational effectiveness of the Office of the President and CEO (OPC). Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, this role will help drive alignment foundation-wide, coordinate complex deliverables, and champion continuous process improvement.
The incumbent will provide day-to-day operational support to the Office of the President and CEO, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing competing priorities, and enabling the effective delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
Draft a variety of executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and briefing materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with the CEO's messaging and strategic direction.
Create and refine presentations for executives and stakeholders, ensuring content is clear, well-structured, and visually engaging.
Edit and format communications from the OPC, incorporating and tracking feedback from a variety of stakeholders.
Contribute to and support delivery of cross-functional projects by collecting and analyzing information, preparing materials and presentations, and coordinating implementation activities.
