Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in software development
At least 2 years of experience and a proven track record leading software development teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Experience with a marketplace product is highly desired.
You will need to either have or quickly build technical expertise in the following:
Frontend web technologies including HTML/DOM/CSS, React, and Typescript.
Cloud hosting services, especially AWS
Responsibilities
Hands-On Technical Leadership:
Lead by example by staying close to the code and architecture.
Have heavy involvement in AI-driven SDLC approach (including requirements gathering, engineering discovery, tech design, coding, QA) to increase velocity of outputs from the team.
Execution & Delivery:
Encourage the team to use AI tools and ensure that Ensure each team member has the context, support, and feedback needed to grow and succeed.
