Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Specialist, Data Automation is a vital member of OMA’s Technology Department.

This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting automated data and reporting solutions.

The analyst’s work ensures the organization has access to reliable data, supporting informed decision making throughout OMA.

This position focuses on reducing manual processes, improving data reliability, and providing timely insights to OMA Insurance, Members, and Executive Leadership.

The incumbent acts as a trusted partner to the OMA Insurance business, translating complex requirements into scalable, automated analytics solutions using modern data and Various technologies.

Leading Data Automation & Integration Solutions: leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation workflows and data integrations across internal systems (e.g., CRM platforms, Microsoft Purview, Data Fabric/OneLake).
