Head of Finance, Air Dominance and Strike

15+ years of finance experience working for Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and data analysis tools, and experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e.

Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry).

Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.

Anduril is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) finance team.

This role will provide leadership and management of division, business line and program finance teams as AD&S continues to rapidly scale.

This person will oversee financial planning and analysis, program finance, strategic finance and pricing and is expected to recommend and execute on new strategies that drive both top- and bottom-line impact.

The AD&S finance and business teams will rely on this leader to develop, grow, and sustain strong collaborate relationships with internal and external Anduril stakeholders.

In practice, the Head of Finance will support AD&S’ rapid growth and make important decisions that drive the long-term success of our business.

You will communicate your findings to senior Division and Company leadership and partner with others to operationalize the hypotheses and takeaways.

AD&S is fundamentally reshaping the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft (like our unmanned fighter jet Fury), advanced effects (like our air-breathing cruise missile Barracuda), and the autonomy software that powers these weapons. The team is responsible for taking products from initial concept to full-rate production at-scale. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s premier software platform that enables masses of Fury, Barracuda, and other robots to collaborate across various missions and environments.
